  1. Cross massage services are strictly prohibited and not provided at Durja Ayurveda.
  2. Clients are advised to book appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
  3. The treatment selected is exclusively reserved for the client.
  4. Clients are required to report 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced therapy duration, without adjustment in fees.
  5. Clients must disclose any known allergies in advance.
  6. Treatments are not recommended during menstruation.
  7. The use of mobile phones within the premises is strictly discouraged.
  8. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated prior to the appointment.
  9. Right of admission is reserved by Durja Ayurveda.
  10. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  11. The clinic shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of clients’ belongings.
  12. All treatments are to be undertaken on an empty stomach unless otherwise advised.
  13. Goods once sold shall not be returned or exchanged.
  14. Durja Ayurveda reserves the right to alter, withdraw, or modify any service, therapy, or tariff at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
  15. Pregnant women and individuals below 18 years must obtain medical clearance from our doctor prior to undergoing treatment.
  16. Therapy duration, choice of treatment, and prescribed medicines shall be subject to the Doctor’s discretion, based on the client’s health condition, season, and other relevant factors.
  17. Clients are advised to take a hot shower bath only after one hour of the treatment for optimal oil absorption.
  18. Clients should consume adequate lukewarm water following the therapy.
  19. Clients are required to adhere to dietary restrictions prescribed by the doctor.
